Empowering change together: Bruynzeel partners with Oxfam Novib
At Bruynzeel, our commitment to creating a positive impact extends far beyond the scope of our business. That's why we're proud to announce our partnership with Oxfam Novib, an organization that resonates deeply with our core values. This month we have joined their Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs program.

Why Oxfam Novib?
Oxfam Novib is an organization that stands for equality, justice, and positive change. Advocating for a world where everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, has the opportunity to thrive. The global reach of Oxfam Novib, operating in nearly 100 countries, further emphasizes the scale and scope of the impact we can achieve together.
Oxfam works with four pillars
- Equal: Oxfam Novib envisions an inclusive world where everyone has equal opportunities. They collaborate with activists to create a society where people can express themselves, organize, and come together regardless of gender, sexual orientation, color, age, religion, or physical and mental capabilities.
- Green: The organization advocates for fair climate policies. Climate change disproportionately affects vulnerable communities, and Oxfam Novib supports those who fight for climate justice. They demand a fair international climate policy, emphasizing financial support from wealthy and industrialized countries to vulnerable nations.
- Safe: Oxfam Novib contributes to a safer world. They work with partners to protect people from natural disasters and conflicts. Their goal is to ensure that everyone has an equal right to emergency support and lives in safety.
- Fair: Oxfam Novib fights against unfair systems that widen the gap between rich and poor. They strive for a world where prosperity is equally distributed. Together with partners, they advocate for an economy focused on well-being and sustainability.
Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs program
Through the Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs program we support socially committed and sustainable entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized businesses in countries such as Cambodia, Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Nigeria and Egypt. We work together on current challenges such as climate change, (youth) unemployment and gender inequality.
